Lamborghini story starts in Bergantino, in the first half of the sixties, when Luciano Lamborghini, a young mechanic trained in the steel plants of the thriving industry of Pavia, meets Alfio Biancardi, a real pioneer of the amusement rides district.

The conditions of extreme precariousness which characterized the socioeconomic context in Rovigo did not discourage the manufacturer. Obstacles stimulate creativity and improvisation: iron, steel, and every necessary raw material for the manufacture of the attractions, are obtained from the agricultural and military vehicles.

In 1989 the apprentice becomes business partner. Lamborghini brand is officially born, but the name of the mechanic from Bergantino is already well-known by every professional in the field of the travelling show business.

Initially involved in the manufacture of kiddie rides and Ferris wheels, Luciano, flanked by his son Daniele, will expand the range of his products specializing in the design of Carousels, and after a few years, in the realization of Wave-Swinger rides and thriller rides.
